CLASS OF 2024

If you are not in the graduating class of 2024, your request will NOT be processed.

If you're in the graduating class prior to 2024 or no longer attend Foothill HS, click on this link: https://clarknv.scriborder.com/applicationCurrent to order transcripts.

1. You will be notified through your personal email when transcripts are ready for pick up. Which should be around the second week of June 2024. When you are notified you will have to show your school or state issued picture ID, otherwise transcripts will not be released.

2.Unfortunately, we can not mail transcripts to any colleges/trade school, etc... or to your home. Transcripts must be PICKED UP at Foothill HS.

3. Once a student is 18 years of age, a parent/guardian MAY NOT pick up the student's transcript.

4. You may request up to 3 official transcripts.

5. If you need your ACT/SAT scores, you'll have to contact them directly. ACT: actstudent.org (319-337-1270) or SAT: collegeboard.org (866-756-7346).
