Additional Immunization Required for 12th Graders Nevada State Law requires that any student, prior to starting 12th grade, must show a second immunization for the MCV4 (Meningococcal) that was completed after age 16. We realize 12th grade is a few months away, but we understand that appointments with pediatricians and with the Southern Nevada Health District are difficult to come by.
